Immersive Interiors patch for ELFX Enhancer version 3.04.

The patch for ELFXEnhancer.esp included in the last published version of Immersive Interiors (updated 2013) does not work properly with the latest version of ELFX.  If you try to use both, the changes to room portals will cause rendering to break in the middle of the room.   This has been fixed with the latest version of ELFX.  Just make sure to load ImmersiveInteriors.esp after ELFX and ELFXEnhancer.  This patch simply combines the new ELFXEnhancer changes with Immersive Interiors.  Use this IN PLACE OF the provided Enhancer patch on the Immersive Interiors page.

The finished product can be seen in the available screenshots, which were taken with ELFXEnhancer, Immersive Interiors, NLVA, and Rudy ENB.
