details of what I did:
In The Riverwood Sleeping Giant
last room on NW side is tagged as player room with safe storage, player-owned bed, and cheater goodies.
Enchanter's bench set in common room of Sleeping Giant Inn, with 10 of each soul gem empty, and 100 petty for raising enchanting skill.
Barrel of ingredients next to potion bench with 100 each of bear claws, hanging moss, giant's toes, blisterwort, and wheat.
Door to Qasmoke Room
Cheater Goodies:
Crafting set - +45% to alchemy and smithing
Wizard set lowers spell cost to zero, inceases Magicka by 200, increases magicka regen by 200%
thief set with massive bonus to carry, bonus to pick pockets and locks
and strongly enchanted adventurer set
(bonus to all 3 weapon skils; armor skill; waterbreathing and muffle; Regen all 3 stats; carry weight 1500 + resist all 3 elements; resist magic and poison)
Gold for all stores increased by factor of 10
Vendors respawn every day
Smelter added to Smithy,
Cheater chest of gold and diamonds to max smithing fast, as well as items to create armor or temper what you have.
Stockade around Lakeside Manor,
chest full of materials to aid in building house.
Breezehome given basement with Alchemy and enchanting tables as well as weapons racks and mannequinn and tempering stations
Added more storage, an oven, and moved cooking station
