This is a very quick mod I made to increase player walk speed, without touching other movement speeds like many other "move speed" mods on Nexus. I didn't even mess with the backwards walk/run speeds, just increased walk speed by ~56% (from '80' to '125,' which is the same walk speed used in Realistic Humanoid Movement Speed). This will probably conflict with any other mods that adjust player speeds.
Note: If you're looking to keep up with walking NPCs, try the mod Same Walk and Run Speeds, which is compatible with mine. It is not required, but recommended.
If you want to make your own adjustments, it's very simple in TES5Edit.
Load Order/Conflicts
I recommend putting this mod pretty late in your load order. It shouldn't have any conflicts, but it could be overwritten by another mod that edits movement type records.
