Increases the damage of destruction spells and the effects of perks in the Destruction skill tree.

Have you ever tried to play a pure destruction mage, or at least a mage focused on destruction magic? Then you are well aware that it is grossly underpowered. This mod is a simple adjustment to hopefully balance it out without changing the game too much for people who want to stay in Bethesda's universe. For this reason, the magicka costs are auto-adjusted by the in-game algorithm with the exception of the novice and master level spells but the perks compensate for it.
Spells:
Flames: 15 dps, 18 mag/s
Frostbite: 15 dps, 20 mag/s
Sparks: 15 dps, 23 mag/s
Firebolt: 40 dmg, 69 mag
Ice Spike: 40 dmg, 80 mag
Lightning Bolt: 40 dmg, 86 mag
Fire Rune: 75 dmg, 366 mag
Frost Rune: 75 dmg, 458 mag
Shock Rune: 75 dmg, 504 mag
Fireball: 60 dmg, 207 mag
Ice Storm: 60 dmg, 225 mag
Chain Lightning: 60 dmg, 243 mag
Flame Cloak: 15 dps, 289 mag
Frost Cloak: 15 dps, 316 mag
Lightning Cloak: 15 dps, 370 mag
Incinerate: 100 dps, 523 mag
Icy Spear: 100 dps, 562 mag
Thunderbolt: 100 dps, 602 mag

Fire Storm: 150/100/50 dmg (based on distance), 1162 mag
Blizzard: 40 dps, 1186 mag
Lightning Storm: 100 dps, mag/s
Perks:
Novice, Apprentice, Adept, Expert, and Master Destruction perks now decrease magicka cost of spells by 75% instead of 50%.
Augmented Flames/Frost/Shock increase damage in their respective element by 40%, then 75%.
These changes will make it almost impossible to cast spells before you're a high enough level for them, but breaking that barrier will be so much sweeter, and a little bit past level 30, you will start to become really powerful and hopefully feel like a badass (but not too much).
P.S. I also changed the robes of the dead prisoner in Helgen to Novice Destruction instead of just Novice ;)
