He's standing idly on the wall in his prison cell, just unlock the door and talk to him.
He also isn't ungrateful to the player anymore.

To install, use Nexus Mod Manager.
Otherwise, simply place JeekavaFollower.esp into the Data folder in your Skyrim directory.
