Trillion Dominya

    Introduction:
                            Trillion Dominya is located just south of Windhelm, an area known for      its inhospitable climates and enemy interactions. I've always felt ill at ease in this
   area which I think needed more options for player / follower housing.

    Features:
               This Mod has most everything you would like in a player home and more.
  It can house 11 followers, seven indoors and four outdoors. It comes with an auto-   unequip hot tub, full crafting and smithing, lots of mannequins and weapon racks,
  custom storage containers, indoor and outdoor cooking spits, an outhouse, boat
  ramp and boat and a horse named Bastion.
               It is comprised of three suites, a master "Dragonborn" suite, an alchemy
  and enchanting suite, and a followers suite all created on one exterior cell so that
  the loading from the interiors back to the outdoors is very fast. Because of the
  nature of the buildings, there are no loading pauses as NPC's enter, only on exit
  through trap doors, so if an enemy follows you inside they become trapped since
  there are no obvious doors.
               Because the cell is an exterior, I have built invisible weather triggers
  around all of them and the outhouse as well so that rain and snow won't fall
  indoors.
               There are no followers included with this mod, just the chickens and
  Bastion, the horse (created for the player's use).

  Installation:
               Install using Nexus Mod Manager or install manually into your Skyrim Data   folder. Don't forget to check the .esp box after installation.(Trillion Dominya.esp)

  Conflicts: 
               If you try and use another mod that is located in the same cell it will 
  most likely cause a freeze or crash. I have personally navmeshed the entire cell
  and it has tested to work normally with followers. The weather triggers may 
  interfere with the "Climates of Tamriel" mod, but I'm not sure of that yet.

  Final comments:
               I have created many mods now as a "preferred mod author", and I hope 
  you enjoy this one that comes with spectacular views and lore friendly appeal.
               I have placed a few treasures on the property but not enough to make it 
  a serious cheating mod. Remember, you need not use an item if you don't want to.
