I thought about making a spell that allows you to transform your weakest arrows into stronger ones, similar to the transmute ore spell.
After I made my first version, I realised that grillNbier actually made a mod that did something similar already. Still, I wanted to add some other features to it, also to learn a bit more about scripting in the process. To keep a long story short, believe me it did take a bit of time for a noob like me, this version is a slight modification from grillNbier 's mod and works for all arrows including the DLC expansions, excluding sunhallowed or bloodcursed, so I thought I'd share in case people are interested.


REQUIREMENTS:
Dragonborn DLC
Dawnguard DLC


HOW IT WORKS:
After learning the spell, use it and a menu will pop up.

You can choose between Dwemer Sphere Centurion, Stalhrim, Ebony, Daedric and Dragonbone arrows.
But the feature I like most is that it will remember what you picked last time, which is the first choice in the menu.
This saves you some time having to navigate through the menu every time.

It will automatically start transmuting the least valuable arrows in your inventory first.

The number of arrows it will transmute to depends on the value of the input and the value of the output, so to speak.
You wont get as many dragonbone arrows as you will get ebony arrows for the same value steel arrows.
Transmuting 20 falmer arrows wont give you as many daedric arrows as 20 glass arrows will.
