UPDATE: VERSION 2.0!!!
All Skyrim areas now have snow. Rain storms have been changed to Snow Storms.
Original weather types have been infused with snow:
Clear skies are light snow.
Foggy environments are light snow.
Cloudy skies are medium snow.
Stormy skies are heavy snow.
One .esp is included:
Always Snowing.esp
This should override the 1.0 .esp.
UNINSTALL:
Simply delete the Always Snowing.esp
(The old Always Heavy Snow.esp can still be used if you want to toggle heavy snow graphics.)
Eventually I'll add Always Raining but it will rain when you're in snow environments which wouldn't make much sense.
