This is my custom follower, Argonian Michael. (UPDATED for be better companion for you, and much useally as a thief)
He is a simple thief follower. He start at level 10 and leveling with player and he is a little biger, than player. He have just hunter outfit and hunting bow + iron arrow, you should give him some better armor and weapons on your way. He can  healing himself. (He really using healing, but no always). He can open all chests - Master too, but he can not open locked doors. He is a teacher. You can learn Pickpocket from him. Also he is higher than other npc.

I experience that followers are too slow and I often escaped them, so I set Michael's speed from the original 100 to 300, and so far I have not run away from him. (But I do not know if you do not escape on horseback from the dark brotherhood)It also happens that Michael was separated from you in battle.

Put files to your skyrim/data folder and textures and meshes folder

delete files from your skyrim/data folder

- His appearance was changed. *If you wish old appearance just download old textures and meshes
- Location changed: from sleeping giant Inn to Riwerwood entrance
- Voice changed to argonian male
- Add trainer skill:  Pickpocket
- Removed flames skill
- combat class changed: From Human Boss one handed to Human missile (Archer)
- Inventory changed: Remove two iron swords, remove ring of destruction added hunting bow, 300x iron arrow, wolf pelt 5x, iron ignot 5x 60x restore magicka changed to 60x restore Stamina


Known bugs
Sometimes, if I Use create a werewolf from him there is bug he is change form arbitrarily
- his appearance changed
