This is my first mod enjoy. Elsa Von Steuben is the best spy and assassin in Ulfric Stormcloak's arsenal.

Backstory
Elsa Von Steuben is the best spy and assassin in Ulfric Stormcloak's arsenal.
Elsa's Von Steuben is the daughter of a nobleman Wienferd Von Stueuben who fought along side Ulfric
Stromcloak in The Great War, ultimately the war claimed his life and that of his son Elsa's old brother Alex. After the war the
empire was financially broke and corrupt bureaucrats in Cyrodiil confiscated Elsa's inheritance and estates.
Elsa turned to Ulirck for help, her anger and hatred for the empire led her to pledge her loyalty to Ulfric's cause. She used her
noble status to plant herself in Solitude at The Blue Palace, there she keeps an eye on Elisif and feeds Ulfric intelligence.
Elsa has had royal training with a blade and is quiet skilled with poisons and flattery.
If Ulfric ever desired to have Elisif out of the way Elsa would be the one to carry out the assassination.

Installation
Easy peasy, NMM or drop into Skyrim data.
Further plans
To add a quest to her and the usual stuff, you know.
Make it so that she is wearing the zzjay armor when you find her.
Notes
* If you don't have ApachiiSkyhairFemale Elsa will still have her hair style however the shaved skin cap underneath will not be there so the shaved part will appear bald.
* Don't know if she work with Skyrim Special Edition, and I don't care...
