Increases the Armor Cap

Are you tired of smithing pointless armors because you have already exceeded the armor limit?
Now I provide a remedy. In Past you could only produce armors until a total of about 567 to reach the 80% armor cap. Now the armor cap is at 90%, your heavy armor will profit until about 660 at standard version, 1000 at balanced.
If there are any particular wishes, I will make special versions.

There are 3 versions:
* Armor Cap 90 : Just increases the maximum armor percentage that can be absorbed to 90%. Doesn't affect the armor scaling (damage absorption in percent per armor value)
* Armor Cap 90 balanced: Increases the maximum absorption to 90% and changes the scaling. Now one point is 0,08 instead of 0,12 absorption worth. This makes it more fair, you can go up to 1000 armor points where you hit 90%.
* Armor Cap 93 extreme: Special Version. Similiar to balanced, But capped at 93% and scaled with 0,05 per armor point. This is only for smithing freaks on heavy armor because it will only profit between 1000 and 2000 armor value.
