This is a batch file that lets the EBD SkyProc Patcher run with 1024mb of RAM instead of the normal 512. I kept getting java HeapSpace errors, and after experimenting with a few things this very small and simple file fixes it. I got the idea from Dual Sheath Redux, their Patcher comes with batch files for this purpose.

Any way, to use it you open the batch file instead of the normal jar file. The batch file needs to be in the same folder as the jar file, NMM should handle that, but double check. The batch file will run in command prompt, then open the Patcher. Then just run the patcher as normal.
