A small mod made by request for Pinksluvva121. Adds a memory of their mother near the town of Riverwood. There is a ghost who stays in the area picking flowers and will have conversations with you about meerkats.

I'm sorry for your loss and I tried to include as much as I could from your description. I hope you like it. When you install the mod a miscellaneous quest will start that always points you to the NPC when it's active. If there is any additional dialog you would like or you would like me to change any aspects of the NPC just message me. I tried to include the mountains, stream, and trees like you requested.
The dialog is unvoiced so you will need subtitles on to talk to her, but she talks a little bit about herself and knows a lot of meerkat facts.
