Description:
This mod (made for personal use and fun), adds a new spell:
T71 - Switch Race On The Fly - Self
that allows to change player race on the fly
without loosing current player stats
amd keeping most of original race facial settings.

Pleae note:
Not suitable for female, argonian and kajiith race
(weird effect, mismatch face/body)

in the next update i will insert flags to exclude them.
