this is a little item mod I made for myself and decided to share cuz why not.
The ring's name is stupid, but its effect is too make destruction fire spells free to cast, with a 110% frost weakness for a silly balancing of its power.
maybe (when i learn how) I'll make some sort of quest to get it or whatever.

for now the ring is only obtained by console commands.
use player.additem xx0012ca 1
Or just do a "help firah" and it will show up its id.
