He Has Better Armor And A New Face.
The Armor Is Lootable, But You Can Only Wear It At Weight 0 Or 100.
General Tullius Is Now Weight 100.
I Changed The Original Armor With Outfit Studio, But Somehow The Weight Levels Inbetween Are Glitching With The Armor Meshes.
I Do Not Know How To Fix This.
If I Do I Will Update This Mod.
Instalation: Place In Skyrim Data Folder.
