House Aren't Cheap (HANC) is a simple mod that will allow you to increase the buyout amount for the game houses through a MCM menu. Gold amount start at 50 000 up to 1000000.
Be aware that prices will be the originals if you do not set them up in the MCM menu. Also player dialogue will not reflect the change but the game will (so for example, if you talk to the steward, it will still say 5000 gold but the price will actually be what you set it up as). This is because the quest uses text global and they are not updating (if someone knows how to change it, please let me know!
