Teri Marshall is an argonian follower that has hes own custom voice. 
People who had played Gothic I or Gothic II might recognize this voice since I used the voice files from Gothic II.

The guy has additional voice bits when idle (not in combat or not in a conversation with the player).

Location:

You can find Teri in Whiterun inside the Drunken Huntsman tavern.

Stats:

He is a Ranger class character and starts at level 10, hes max level is 81 and levels up alongside the player.
In comparison Sven from Riverwood starts at level 6 and ends up on level 20. 

He has a few perks enabled to him (don't know if they work :P ):

- rank 2 Armsman (this is the one handed weapons perk that increase the damage delt when using one handed wepons like swords, rank 2 will give the character 40% more damage).
- rank 3 Overdraw (this is the archer perk which increase the damage delt when using a bow or a crossbow, rank 3 will give the character 60% more damage).
- rank 3 Agile Defender (this is the light armor perk which increase the defence when wearing light armor, rank 3 will give the character 60% armor bonus).

In other words give him one-handed wepons and a bow, don't forget that he uses light armor.
