Description:

This mod will safely delay the start of the Dragonborn quest, allowing the Dragonborn DLC to trigger at a later point. It is immersion breaking to have everything happen at once whenever a new game is started, so this mod rectifies the Dragonborn content and allows it to be started at a later and more realistic/appropriate time. This mod is lightweight, contains no scripts, and has no settings to worry about and makes the integration of the Dragonborn DLC more convenient by letting you choose at which level Dragonborn wiil start.

Now after you have returned the Horn of Jurgen Windcaller to the Greybeards, the cultists won't immediately appear to confront you. This mod will make it so that the cultists won't start looking for you until you have also reached a higher level (giving time for the word of your presence to reach Solstheim and Miraaks followers). You can choose at which level the servants of Miraak will learn of your presence, thereby initiating the Dragonborn DLC when you reach that level. You can still travel to Solstheim at any time however if you wanted to.

This mod contains no scripts.

Requirements:

Dragonborn DLC

Optional USLEEP Patch:

The Unofficial Skyrim Legendary Edition Patch makes several changes to the Dawnguard startup conditions that prevents Durak from the Dawnguard DLC from triggering, thereby preventing him from searching for you unless the Dragonborn quest has already started. If you use USLEEP and you want Durak from the Dawnguard DLC to show up when he is supposed to, thereby initiating the Dawnguard DLC, download this patch. It will revert the changes made by USLEEP to the Dawnguard startup conditions, so it won't be dependent upon Dragonborn to start. Durak will then come looking for you when he is supposed to, and will behave properly. This patch requires only USLEEP and modifies only USLEEP, and can be used independently of the main file.
