This file tweaks the game balance around sneaking and sneak attacks for a more challenging experience.

* Enemy reset time on detection from 10 seconds to 30 seconds
* Enemy reset time on being attacked from 15 seconds to 60 seconds
* Enemies do a significantly better job detecting you when you are within their vision cone, and in a lighted area.

* NPCs now cue more easily into noise you make when sneaking.
* Bows and 2h weapons now do 1.5x damage, instead of 2x
* Daggers now do a default of 4x damage, instead of 3x
