Cuppoochino is a small player home located near Falkreath. 

This home contains an alchemy station, enchanting station. In addition, there is one mannequin and one weapon plaque (to show off your glorious armours and weapons).

The house is designed to be cozy and something you stumble upon.

Installation Guide: 

Step 1) Open the Skyrim data folder. 

Step 2) Open the RAR file.

Step 3) Extract the RAR file into the Skyrim Data folder. 

Step 4) Check that the mod is turned on.

Step 5) Live in the house.

Compatibility: 
This mod only uses Vanilla assets. It will be 100% compatible with your game and any mod, as long as it does not use the same location.
