Changes the Armor Type of the Dragon Priest Masks to Clothing to be usable by Mages

So, my second mod... (third if you count the version of this I uploaded for SSE)
All this does is change the armor type of the Dragon Priest Masks to Clothing so they don't interfere with Mage Skills. There are two versions, one that removes the Circlet tag on the masks, allowing you to wear a Circlet while wearing the masks, and and Alternate version which keeps that Circlet tag just like normal. Choose whichever you prefer.
Installation: Preferable method
1: Download via NMM
2: Install via NMM
3: Use LOOT to optimize your Load Order
4: Profit!
