About this mod
If the player speaks with Kesh and starts "The Only Cure" before speaking with the Afflicted Refugee, frequent encounters with the Refugee may occur thereafter. This mod prevents these encounters once the quest is started.

Do you seem to bump into the Afflicted Refugee every time you turn around? If so, you may need this mod.
If you keep running into the Afflicted Refugee in your travels, try talking to him and see if he has dialog that will start a quest. Once you trigger the quest, the encounters should stop. If you do this, but the encounters continue anyway, install any recent version of the Unofficial Skyrim patch, which has a fix.
If you meet Kesh, and start the quest "The Only Cure", without first receiving a quest from the Afflicted Refugee, encounters with the Refugee may continue indefinitely, preventing other more interesting encounters from ever happening. That is where this mod can help.
This extremely simple mod adds a conditional check to stop the encounters with the Afflicted Refugee once you receive the quest "The Only Cure", whether you have spoken with the Refugee or not.
REQUIREMENTS
This mod depends on the Unofficial Skyrim Legendary Edition Patch, since that patch fixes another part of this bug. Therefore, this mod requires all the DLC as well as USLEEP itself. This mod should be in the load order somewhere after the USLEEP patch.
