Intro
A simple mod to reduce the health regeneration for the playable mortal races (so Humans, Mer, Argonians, and Khajit -- but not werewolves or vampires) by 90%. It applies to both the player and NPCs.

Credits
It's based on an older mod -- No Health Regen by StannieDum. That mod is horrifically out of date and incompatible with an up-to-date Skyrim installation. Also, disabling health regen disables a lot of powers and effects. All those regeneration enchantments become worthless without major patching.

But decreasing regeneration by 90% strikes a great balance! If you're a magic-user, healing spells outside of combat becomes vital. So are followers with healing spells. And if you don't have access to healing spells, then any increase to your regeneration rate becomes VERY important. Eating food every so often helps to boost your regeneration rate to useful levels, as does wearing enchanted gear that increase regeneration. And enemy NPCs wont heal ridiculously quickly anymore! You can do some damage, run away, sneak around behind them, and attack again -- and they wont have healed much in the meantime.

Incompatibilities
If you have other mods that alter the playable races, there will be a conflict.
