All non-ElderRace, non-Argonian, and non-Khajiit women in the game/dlcs/mods-you-install including your female PlayerCharacter can be made your choice of 10ft or 12ft tall.

This is a simple global set.scale edit I did under Races in Creation Kit that makes all women in human/elf/orc races 10ft or 12ft tall like the ancient real-world myths of amazons.
Giant Khajiit, Argonians, standalone x race-only versions, or a giant male variation of this mod isn't my taste/vision for this, but I can make a seperate file for anyone who requests it in Comments.
This mod modifies entire races and the gender affected, so any mod that adds npcs are covered. Tried it with Interesting NPCs, worked well.
THIS ALSO AFFFECTS YOUR FEMALE PLAYER CHARACTERS SINCE I DON'T KNOW HOW TO DISASSOCIATE THIS EDIT FROM THE PLAYER CHARACTER, CALL IT A SOMETIMES WANTED SIDE EFFECT.
As with anything that modifies size, these larger women are faster and are harder to hit with projectiles. The 12ft option may have npc pathing issues.
