Give Moonpath a lighting and weather overhaul

Cons :
-The lighting wont look as good as original MOD without ENB
-Require weather patch from ENB preset author or it will be overbright sometimes

Good news is i already make a weather PATCH for this MOD

Detailed :
Moonpath to elsweyr MOD is full of fake light that just emit from no where or in mid air  , fake sun light , over blur DOF , super fog
It have no weather
It always day time
With the ammount of fake light the MOD placed , using ENB will cause the MOD getting super bright and blur

So i decided to patch it :)
