Lydia Came Back
You can find her at the Dragonsreach as first time you see her.
Lydia goes to the Dragonsreach from Breezehome and waits for you.
Then she comes back home when your player speak with her.
Or you can choose "Follow me" option.
You can speak with Lydia if you see her on the road between Breezehome and Dragonsreach.
She is essential and feminine.
Install if your housecarl Lydia dead and if you want her back.
Don't use wlth my other mod Lydia Feminine if Lydia alive.
Because you don't want one more Lydia.
