A small Blackreach styled Dwemer player home, next to the lake below Irkngthand it has a scenic setting and all the necessities.
No particular theme and can suit all types of characters as it has,

• Forge (complete with grindstone, workbench, smelter and tanning rack)
• Alchemy (complete with small garden)
• Enchanting
• Cooking pot (with vegetables included in Garden) 
• Plenty of storage (Forge materials, loot, alchemy and enchanting storage)
• everything is static so nothing should be flying around the room
  

There may be future changes but they will mostly be aesthetic, there is most likely not gonna be any large changes unless something breaks (which shouldn't happen as the only thing this mod does is add the home)

also this does require all dlcs, sorry guys
right now this house does not have child support as it is a single person house. companions will also not follow in here
