Conversion for the studded imperial cuirass to a heavy version

After having installed Rebirth of an empire from Swedish Duck, I was frustrated by the neck protector of the imperial armor stucked right in front of your face and hiding 50% of the screen in battle, so I wanted to use the studded cuirass but it was a light armor. Sadly, the usual converter mod didn't took care of this piece of armor because the heavy imperial armor already existed.. In short, I made it myself.
Oh, and if you wondered, I made a compatibility patch for Requiem :)
Don't hesitate to comment if you have any issue with this mod, it should work well but we never know, especially with the requiem patch.

What does it do ?

Converts the studded imperial cuirass to a heavy version.
Changes the rate value closer to the Imperial heavy armor but slightly below.
Changes the weight from 6kg to 20kg. (Heavy armor, heavy burden :D)
