Time manipulation is a set of 5 rings that allow time to be manipulated on various levels. There are 4 levels of slow time, 10th, 100th, 1000th, 10,000th of normal time, as well as one at 10x normal speed. 

-Buy the rings from Calcelmo, at Understone Keep in Markarth.
-Disenchant all 5 rings to learn all 5 effects. (optional)
-Add the enchantments to any clothing, or jewlery. (optional)

--This mod conflicts with any mod changing the contents of "Calcelmo's Merchant Chest" fix with TES5Edit.
