Description
Creates new spell tomes to access higher forms of spells possibly being more powerful versions. Allows access to all five levels of these spells.

It's completed as to what I had seen for it in the beginning though I am still highly open to suggestions.

Location
All spell tomes are located in a chest outside of the Riverwood Trader in Riverwood.(Refer to pictures if necessary)
I do believe they are in vendor inventories(haven't tested).


**Ask if you want something upgraded as such, like weapons or spells. Just go put it over in the Forums tab under the correct topic(be specific as to exactly what you want done)**
