Allows regular dialogue with College of Winterhold NPCs during the quest "The Staff of Magnus" so that spells may be purchased / followers hired. NPCs will still greet the player with their quest-related lines.

Allows regular dialogue with College of Winterhold NPCs during the quest "The Staff of Magnus" so that spells may be purchased / followers hired. NPCs will still greet the player with their quest-related lines. Intended for Requiem users.
Compatibility:
Only touches a few Dialog Topic entries on a single branch, so there shouldn't be any compatibility issues (other than the Unofficial Patches, which this complies with).
