The creator from Fallout Texture Overhaul is now moving onward to Skyrim. Here's the Moon series of the mod overhaul.
Overhauls the moons in Skyrim to high res with a choice to choose between 2K and 1K moons.
Right click on the images and click on show image to zoom in and see full details.
Whats different?
- Up to 8x the resolution for the moons
- Normalmap and diffuse together to give more depth and pops the craters on the moons.
- fixes bugs as the awful line around the moons when not full moon.
- Lore Friendly

I've retextured all the Stars in Skyrim and fits well with these moons and
with the vanilla moons as well, you can find my other mod here:

Install:
Extract the zip to your data folder. There should be a folder named textures and inside it a sky folder.
