This is a fixed version of Lusifer30's file http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/27321/?

His .esp required the ApachiiSkyHair master file and if you didn't have the mod, it would CTD and you wouldn't be able to use it without said mod, so I just took his file and eliminated that requirement of that mod.

Requirements:
Dawnguard
Hearthfire
Dragonborn

Remember that this mod has to be at the end of your load order (as specified by the author).
