SHORT STORY: Whitewind Cabin was previously owned by a Nord named Eran. He fled his home after being driven mad by strange occurrences. Eran's Wife recently abandoned him because she feared he was becoming mentally unstable. A few days before the Dragonborn reaches Helgan's chopping block, Eran left to seek help in the nearby City, Windhelm. Nobody has seen or heard from him since...
BASIC DESCRIPTION
An ideal home for any player. You can Fast Travel and live there instantly, after exiting Helgan's Caverns with Ralof or Hadyar. You do not have to use it as a home! If you don't like it, loot the house and carry on!
