In vanilla game, when Arngeir says you aren't ready to meet Paarthurnax he's lying! Ask him a question in a different way and you are suddenly ready (whaat?)
Well, not anymore. Now to meet Paarthurnax you truly need to be ready. Arngeir will never lie to you again (in this matter at least).

This mod is released ONLY on Nexus. If you see it on other pages, it's probably stolen.
BEFORE:
- Only Paarthurnax, the master of our order, can answer that question, if he so chooses(...)
- I need to speak to Paarthurnax, then.
- You weren't ready. You still aren't ready. But thanks to the Blades, you now have questions that only Paarthurnax can answer.
- How do I get to the top of the mountain to see him?
- Only those whose Voice is strong can find the path. Come. We will teach you a Shout to open the way to Paarthurnax.
- (Wait, what? I thought I'm not ready. Well...that was easy)

Well, it doesn't exactly go in this way, but this time Arngeir really meant you weren't ready. Unless you were ready. In that case he would never say you weren't. He would just teach you a bloody shout.
So you could ask: what actually does this mod do? Well, a few things:
- adds an ability called "Strong Voice" which will allow you to meet Paarthurnax
- to obtain the ability you must learn at least first word of each available shout (available before The Throat of the World quest) and absorb certain amount of dragons souls
- adds a message to let you know when you earned the ability, so you don't need to check your active effects constantly
- alters dialogue with Arngeir
The main plugin's requirement for absorbed dragons souls is set to 30 (meaning you need to absorb at least 30 souls to get the ability). I'm aware that for some people it's insane number (or vice-versa), that's why I created a few different options.
This mod uses one small script for showing the message. It will only run once to let you know that you obtained the ability.
The mod requires only Skyrim.esm
INCOMPATIBLE with any mod that modifies The Throat of the World quest.
