I think she was unintentionally inspired by DrowofShadow's Orc from her own package: Drow's Character Presets. Download her's! So many great faces!! :D
Mods used in the screenshots:
Hair: ApachiiSky Hair for Females (the female specific .esp)
Skin: SRG Skin - you can also use SG skin. Looks good, too. I use SRG's more muscle variant.
Eyes: Vanilla
Eyebrows: Vanilla
Body: UNP (just my preference, she'll work with any body).
Scar: Northborn Scars
Installation:
Requires Racemenu and SKSE!
1. Open your Data folder in Skyrim
2. Download this file
3. Open Hathor and copy all the files from the data folder to your Skyrim's data folder
