A small mod that adds a small space (accessible from the main menu via the console command "coc LoadSpace") where you can safely load your mods.
If your game CTDs when you load a save, go to the load space and wait for your mods to load, then load your save.

Utopium has a mod which fixes the cause of these CTDs, Load Game CTD Fix.
If you get that mod, this mod is probably unnecessary.
