Newbies Abode is my first mod for Skyrim so please let me know if there is any issues, thanks.

Description:
Ralof or Hadvar told you about the abandoned shack, apparently no one has lived there for years, he lets you stay there as a reward. After all letting you stay in a rundown shack is a small reward for helping him escape Helgen.

Newbies abode is a small beat up shack for you to call home at the start of your adventure, the shack is located in Riverwood. It comes with some basic crafting stations, places for you to store your items and some useful goodies too help you on your journey.

Items Included:
Steel great sword
Steel mace
imperial bow
Leather armor
some potions
sum of gold (was around 1000 gold for me, may differ, if someone wants it to be a smaller fixed amount like 200,300, etc, i will update it.)
