Patch for Requiem 1.9.4 and 'Fully Animated Meals and Potions,' along with a new method for animating user-created potions.

A simple patch for Fully Animated Meals and Potions 2 (v 5.4b) and Requiem 1.9.4. I made this while using RND (USLEEP version), so it is nominally compatible with that mod. In my testing I found the FAMP animations for eating food were somewhat buggy and less versatile than the (admittedly limited) animations provided by RND (the animations from RND can play while sitting, for example). SO, I've only patched the potions for now. If there is significant interest I could possibly make a version with the food animations included, though there are quite a few items without models.

There were a few potions that did not have animated models in FAMP2 (many [Resist Element] potions and a few others). I did my best picking alternate textures for these potions, and I think most of them look decent enough.

I've also included an optional file that uses a different method for animating user-created potions than FAMP2. In FAMP2, they provided a new "Empty Bottle" item that can be used when crafting a potion to add animation effects. Unfortunately, the bottle takes up one of the three ingredient slots, which makes it difficult to craft multi-effect potions. Instead, I've added the same animation effect to every alchemy ingredient as a hidden 'fifth' effect. This results in all user-created potions being animated, but has some side effects. All ingredients now share an "Empty Bottle" effect that will be 'discovered' like any other on every ingredient (though it won't change the original '4 effects' display). It will also show up as an effect in SkyUI if you use that. This does mean that there instead of failing to make a potion when there are no effect combinations, you will instead make a "Potion of Empty Bottle." All it does is trigger the drinking animation, with no other effects. My initial testing seems to work well, but there might be unintended issues so I included it in a separate file.

Let me know in the comments if you find any issues.
