Basic patch that sets the Skaal Boots, Skaal Gloves, Skaal Coat, and Skaal Hat to be considered Clothing instead of Light Armor. Relevant keywords have been added and removed to ensure compatability. Not compatible with other mods that modify the Skaal outfit, though patches should be trivial to make.
