Ever wanted to summon a snowstorm in Skyrim? Maybe you use Frostfall and would like to freeze to death more often. Perhaps you want a fog, to obscure your sneaky-beaky thievery. Whatever the reason, in vanilla Skyrim you could only cause fog or snow through the dev console. Other mods exist which allow the player to change the weather, but use hand-cast spells. In Skyrim, however, the sky has a deep and ancient connection, by way of the goddess Kyne, to the Thu'um. The final shout of the Greybeards is Clear Skies, while the highest power of the Dragon Cult is none other than Storm Call.
What this does
Snowy Storm Call modifies the shout Storm Call so that the first and first words cause fog and snowstorms, respectively. As Storm Call is a very dangerous shout in the vanilla game, it also carries forwards edits from "Storm Wrath Lightning" by Dajemic, allowing the shout to be used without murdering unfortunate bystanders. As such, that mod is considered a requirement.
Recommendations
Vanilla fog and snowstorms are... rather underwhelming. Thus, I recommend that users check out Supreme Storms, as well as Supreme and Volumetric Fog, both by MannyGT, which modify the vanilla weathers to carry an increased intensity.
