Adds more variation to the Forsworn! When a helmet is chosen for a Forsworn, these are added as possibilities.
It makes the Forsworn look more terrifying, like true "Madmen of the Reach". (They already wear childrens' skulls, for Todd's sake.)
You can also craft them at both the tanning rack and the forge, and upgrade them.
