Anyway, this is a bunch of setting files for Skyrim Reloaded mod by Alenet. This theorically needs no other mods, HOWEVER, I couldnt bear the vanilla lighting and weather, thus ELE by JawZ (Relighting Skyrim as well) and Purity by Laast are permanent.. Since this setting tweaks colors, it would look quite differently under any other lighting mods such as RLO/ELFX or other weather mods such as Vividian/CoT.

I see almost no significant fps drop on my potato.. Dual Core/8Gb RAM/1 Gb VRAM even with DoF and AO, but feels free to turn them off. The most important setting are Bloom and Coloring, everything else can be turn off if you want.

If you want to use ENB/ENBoost, make sure you follow the instructions on SKGE's page.. As for recommendation to use, consider ELEP by JawZ because it doesnt change the colors too much.

Known issues:
Fire mesh box can be seen especially during foggy weathers and dark room.. Thats how SKGE's AO work.
AO drawn on top of mist/particle, again.. nothing I can advice except to turn off AO. 
Might consider turning off DoF during character generation.
