This is just a small QOL mod that I threw together this morning.  Basically, it lets you use the rowboat sitting outside Septimus Signus' Outpost to take you and your followers back and forth between the outpost and the coast below Winterhold, instead of slogging through the icy waters.  Yes, I know you could just fast travel, but there are those of us who don't.

Requirements:  Skyrim
Installation:  Drop the .esp and .bsa files into the "\Skyrim\Data" folder, or use your favorite mod manager.
Uninstallation:  Delete the .esp and .bsa files from the "\Skyrim\Data" folder, or use your favorite mod manager.
