The Bloodskal Blade projectiles now require you to be at 100% Health (Legend of Zelda Majora's Mask style).
The Bloodskal Blade only shoots projectiles after it is acquired through the quest: The Final Descent (same as vanilla).
Uninstallation is not supported, but removing this mod does seem to revert vanilla behaviour.
