Version 1.1: Yes, I updated already, sorry, I just noticed there was an edit that did nothing so I removed it. That's it.

This is the same as RACISM - Racial Adjustments Concerning Imbalanced Skyrim Mechanics (by LazyDreamer) but with bug/typo fixes which includes making the same changes as the Unofficial Skyrim Legendary Edition Patch.
There might still be bugs, but none as far as I know.

To make it clear, this is simply a replacement for the old mod and you don't need anything from it.
