Just placed every console perk command in its own game named perk.

Just placed every console perk command in its own game named perk.
Can use it in Perk Tree Screen or anytime in Normal game screen.
With this you can just bring down the console & type "bat armsman_1" or "bat recovery_1" or "bat backstab" etc etc.
All BATs are named just as they are in game Perk Tree (spaces are _) (Ranks are 1,2,3, etc.).
No more looking up ID codes or using mods that unlock more Perks then you want, or entire tree.
I got sick of looking for a trainer that just did perks & was truly working with the latest update.
Mostly just a personal project, but thought I'd put it up for others.

v1.1: Console doesn't like ' so renamed champion's_stance to champions_stance & hunter's_discipline to hunters_discipline
