This file is most likely no longer needed.
I have not checked it, but the bug report I filled on sureai.net (regarding the issue corrected by this mod) was reported as fixed (at least for the wearable things)

If you play Half Arazealean or Half Qyranian some clothing and armor items will not display, including Wedding dress, Captain robe, Black Libra armor...
This file correct that.

In more details:
In the modified skyrim.esm that come with enderal these items lack the tags for  "Half Qyranian" [RACE:00033898] and "Half Arazealean" [RACE:00033899], which is why they won't display. I have no idea if the player character is even supposed to have access to these items, but they are tagged for the 2 other half races. Anyway, you can spawn them via console command, equip them, but without this fix they will stay invisible.

This esp file affect the following items, and make them visible for all half races:

- Version 2: Removed some unnecessary body part tags (Hair, Calves, Forearms) in Whore Outfit. And added whoreoutfitfullbody.nif with correct texture path for diffuse map.
