This makes the shrines on the path up to high hrothgar not look so terrible. The text is just the text of all ten shrines, displayed in a dragon font I got off of thuum.org.
I honestly couldn't believe nobody else had retextured this. The rock texture is actually a recolored Dwemer stone tile, since I couldn't find another appropriate one.
